This part manual of the manual covers additional tools available via the red tabs on the left side of the Mavis GUI. It comprises pre- and postprocessing functions to

• remove cloud shadows,
• to harmonize colors between overlapping orthomosaics
• as well as to rectify orthomosacis based on Ground Control Points.
